That should never be an issue at an interview. Some people get nervous when a negative aspect of their application is brought up during the interview. Just remember that the knew about that BEFORE they invited you for the interview. That means they don't see a problem with hiring you as long as you have acceptable answers to their questions. Don't get defensive or nervous.
