Agreed. Look, I want to get Ma and Pa Kettle to Orlando. I really do. They saved their money, they booked their vacation, and they're counting on me. They are counting on Delta not you. If some “lesser” carrier cancels we say you get what you pay for. They are scheduling tight to be an ULCC and make that model work. If Delta schedules with any hiccup taking you into an extension, that’s on Delta. If we changed scheduling practices to reflect the intent of 117 we would have shorter work days and no extension.
