Piedmont has the lowest QOL out of the three AA Wholly Owned regionals. Piedmont pilots work 5-8 days more per month than their line holding peers at PSA, equating to 60-90 days more each year, for less money.
Even junior line holders at Envoy get 13-15 days off.
At Piedmont, senior line holders get 11-12 days off. Throughout the year.
PSA just raised their hourly rate to 50 but there are a lot of talk about the reserve time in Junior bases, which might not give me an opportunity to accumulate 1000 part 121.
