Start your grad degree, position yourself as best you can with flight time/management positions, bravo for putting QOL and family first. Plan for your future inside aviation and out. Delta will ramp up hiring again as all the majors will as well (given no Black Swan events). My experience with newhires, everyone has an opportunity. Best of luck.
