Is this a contractual thing or could this change as needed? Also wondering if after 3 year freeze, seniority would allow FO on larger equipment. And what I'm really wondering is if there is any type of furlough protection. I hate to give up my 10 yr captain spot and then get laid off, as I'm sure many of you can relate. Thanks guys
