I’ve reached that point in my flying career that it’s time to select my first regional airline job. I come from flying part 91 and 135 in two different types of turboprops. I hit my ATP minimums a few months ago. I am wondering what regional airline United prefers to hire from. I have been told there are some that United prefers. I wanted to see what you all thought. I don’t want to go to one that could hurt my chances of getting on at United. I know there is more to being selected by United than just flying for a regional (4 year degree, 121 TPIC, Training Department, LCA, volunteer etc) I’m just trying to make the best informed decision. I appreciate you all taking the time to read my post and reply.
Thank you,

Target the regional that best fits your life and has the best contracts. God forbid you get stuck somewhere you’ll be happy you chose the one with the best QOL and pay and work rules.
