main menu - Select Alerts
Next page select - Add new alert
On the drop down menu select the first item (Alerts from...)
Then set up your alert (self explanatory)
Ill add to that that you might need to be on a computer, I’ve helped a few CAs who couldn’t seem to get the pop up to show up on their phone or iPad.
