So, seniority list progression was a big factor in my decision. Also, JB flies monotonous routes and, coupled with the drive to/from the airport made for some exhausting days. Lastly, the pay was pretty low compared to my alternative. I didnt want to have to pick up VDA, sell back PTO, or live on Flica looking for open time. So I quit and have no regrats.
