All depends on when in the quarter you are hired. I believe that quarter lags the calendar by a month. So Feb-Apr would be the first quarter for bonuses and goes from there.
I mistyped my original post. The first bonus comes approximately 1 year 4 months - 1 year 7 months.
Bonus are paid on March June September December.
