I believe the FJ FOM changed its verbiage to the FO FOM in regards to this. It has always stated that you get your 10 hours off then after that you are in extended rest and they can try to contact you during that time. It says you are expected to answer your phone and they used it frequently. When the union was voted in the contract specifically said that you did not have to answer your phone and the company stopped trying. Since the union has been voted out I haven't heard of anyone being called after their 10 hours of rest but before their scheduled duty on time. Most guys I have flown with still put their phones on silent till duty on time. Again though it still is in the FOM.
