The MEC didn’t vote in the contract, 70% of the pilot group did. Not saying it doesn’t totally suck but facts are facts.
Sure, we own it. But our options were a s4!t sandwich or leftovers. I had no faith in our MEC or our negotiating committee to come back with anything better. I only saw them wasting more time to get back to below industry average.
We need to drain the swamp.
