So, I take it your LGA based on The ERJ? That's the only way you could have held a line three weeks after IOE. I was ORD based after training and sat reserve for three months and only flew 20 hours a month. I knew guys who flew even less during the winter months on reserve.
So in that first year, time building can be low on the ERJ.
The CRJ is totally different which my guess you are. If you actually read any replies on this thread you would see what I stated is not misinformation.
