Except this thread isn’t about “in public” it’s about “at work”. Specifically it’s about United creating a environment in the work place that’s hostile and repulsive to non-cross dressing employees.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Free speech is granted and protected by the US Constitution. It’s a protection to prevent the government from impinging your rights. The same freedoms don’t apply in the workplace or in any private enterprise.
