No not at all. Forcing stuff on other people is bad policy. Openly pushing stuff that many people find offensive is bad policy... It is divisive. Many employees resent this nonsense. Many customers do too.
What if the opposite side of the spectrum was true? What if UAL decided they were going to hold church service in the middle of the terminal and make it loud and in the way and unavoidable to anyone walking by? Does that sound like a good idea to you?
