People really don't understand the Constitution. United is allowed to say whatever they want. The terminal is a public area, so this was not done at "work" (as if that matters). United does not need approval from its employees for any of its marketing (and that's what this is). If United wanted, they could run a public service ad promoting pride before every safety video. As far as the law is concerned, if you don't like it, quit.

This is not a constitutional matter. There are 330 million people in the country, so odds someone will always find something offensive. United thinks that the drag show did more good to their brand than bad. Only time will tell.
