And I also don’t understand why our dues don’t pay for some professional negotiators as well. All of us, including the MEC, are professional PILOTS. I’m not saying that nobody has additional skills, but why don’t we have professional negotiators? We pay the dues. Let the professional do what they are trained to do. At the very least some people to supervise and consult. Not like the company doesn’t have professionals on retainer.
From what I understand we are not allowed to have professional negotiators, hence I was mentioning maybe get our makeshift pilot negotiaters some better tools to deal with our management so what they do is more water tight without nasty suprises.
