The group that will flow within 5ish years will do so because there were huge numbers of people that left and little hiring for quite a while. Now the opposite is true. Envoy is currently hiring 60 a month and flowing half that. There were months when there closer to 75. And the flow is about to be choked off to 15 a month. There is no way the numbers will work unless the company goal is to drive away twice as many pilots outside the flow. THEN the math starts to work.
