It's coming to you with "Medicare For All" [a/k/a Medicare Forced On All].

Soon they'll be asking that nice nurse practitioner to do my hip replacement. (Actually, there just won't be enough orthopedic surgeons to replace my hip for two or three years rather than next week. Like currently at the VA.)

Look at the comparative number of doctors and speed of service for more than primary care in the British and Canadian systems; that's where we will end up with exclusively-government healthcare as, over a decade, the smart/hardworking folks who become doctors today instead go to Wall Street or Silicon Valley.
