I’ve seen lots of people let the nose drop on the 145, usually cause they land with an excessive pitch attitude and bleed too much speed before touchdown. If flown properly the 145 can be landed quite nicely (13 years and 11000 hrs in it), gently lowering the nose to the ground during rollout.
This landing had nothing to do with letting the nose drop after the mains were on the runway and everything to do with forcing the airplane onto the runway after a bounce.
