Exactly. I never put anyone on mine. There were only 2 folks that I even considered putting on mine when I was an FO. One of them, I only flew with once, but the other one had the same kind of crummy commute that I had, so we got stuck together far more often than I'd have liked.

It was much harder to change your schedule around back then, so I ended up flying the better part of 3-4 months per year with him....

Bottom line was that I'd rather deal with my favorite Kernal 12-13 days per month than spend an extra 4 nights in the crash pad. The entertainment value watching him get ticked off over trivial stuff when dealing with his "subordinates" like the FAs and rampers, was pretty high, so it wasn't all bad.
