DTW seems like the most junior base these days. Some getting ORD as well in ground School but mostly DTW.
I'd take #2's advice and plan on living in DTW if your looking to pump and dump.
If you're looking at the seniority list its about half/half DTW/ORD with previous classes. But i just checked and was kinda stunned to see the entire recent CRJ class get DTW, but not sure how far along they are. I've seen SOME get other bases before IOE.
