All of these justifications have been used in these threads. Come up with a decent justification that isn’t based in veiled homophobia and I’ll agree that it isn’t the place to celebrate your employees during a month of celebration.

Note: for those of you who feel attacked, I have not said you are homophobes, I simply think the justifications used this far in these two threads are flawed justifications. It’s a criticism of the opinion, not the person.
