I agree. I find it very disrespectful when us pilots talk down on rampers as if we are better than them. Yes I've had problems here and there with a few, but most are good people trying to make a living and support their family while working their a$$ off. Give them a break.
I agree. A lot of these young pilots think they are God's gift to aviation. They are better than the ramp guys, FA's and CSA's. Thats not a good way to be. But it all stems on how you were raised
