Wow you guys never would've survived a decade ago. $1200/month after tax!

A buddy used to do home appraisals on the side. He would sit hot reserve at the airport and do it while there. And make his drive bys after he got off.

At the current pay rates it's probably much more productive to pick up trips. I remember picking up a three day on first year pay back then and netting something like $180. Lol. What a joke. That was the last time I picked up anything as an FO.
