Had a nasty case of tennis elbow show up a couple of years ago (and I hate tennis). Doc gave me a forearm brace that limits the ability of the muscles/tendons to transmit force to the elbow when you flex your hand out. Also suggested NSAIDS over time to “put the fire out.” Ibuprofen, or something a little stronger, Indomethacin.
