I'm happy with the index funds on Fidelity. My 401k is entirely made up of the index funds. They are extremely low cost. I think the s&p fund is a 0.01% expense ratio.
This plus brokeragelink is all you need. If you want to own individual stocks you can. It could be risky in the later years of your career but through brokeragelink, you can buy any index fund or mutual fund that exists. The fund options for the Delta Pilot Savings Plan, or whatever it’s called these days, is inconsequential. The Brokeragelink gives us the ability to trade any and all investment vehicle available on any exchange.
