Personally, it’s not about the pink slip for me. If you told me that I would get paid either the same or less, but fly the 777 with worse QOL or go to a regional and be able to upgrade quickly, have a decent contract, and get paid the same or higher, I’d be at the regionals
Who do you fly for anyway? You have never flown for Southern or a regional, so you have no clue what you’re talking about.
