Its not that they dont want MOAB, the senior WB FOs dont want junior NB capt position. The pay is similar betwix WB FO & NB capt but the lifestyle is better on the WB.
We need junior nb Capts to fly the redeyes, day layovers, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Memorial Day, and Labor day. They can sit reserve the rest of the time
