WB f/o generally pays more dollars per day than NB captain, but the NB captain works more days. Some people aren’t wired for long haul flying, and some put a premium on a fourth stripe. It’s good to have a choice.
I was told I get 5 stripes when I upgrade as part of the millennial pilot program....
