They are also hiring for the saab because they are making saab capts Q capts and upgrading every fo they can to fill the voids. Of course there is also plain old attrition.
I hope they continue to find FO's to upgrade so I can hurry up and get MHT as my base. I hear there are 2 FO's ready there for upgrade. I know I am #2 on the list for the base so that's a positive. And I am #3 for PVD but I think that wil take some time if it's even around when my number comes up. So what are they having you do to keep busy until the Q rolls out? Semper Fi.
