No they don’t, and when a pilot goes unconscious from smoke inhalation and slumps over the controls forcing an unrecoverable dive they will have to answer for why they chose to expose their pax to that risk. I suppose the grieving families will be comforted to hear that the pilot looked very handsome prior to the crash.
