Here's the thing: You will make more money as a SkyWest FO with the actual seniority you will build there and the opportunities it brings, than sitting reserve as the bottom of the CA list at Envoy.
With the "official" DEC program sort of over, no-one expects to see any meaningful influx of upgrade-ready people to join Envoy, unless a regional goes under somewhere. This means that you will have junior Captains to you only when the new hire FO's start upgrading who got hired in classes after yours. This means at least 1.5 years on average.
Commuting to reserve at Envoy means you likely can't pick up any OT, so you will be stuck with the minimum guarantee while paying for a crashpad.
