From the outside looking in, you would think the agreement that management ripped up would eventually pass, right? Especially since the other two WO’s both received massive pay raises. Or am I totally ignorant on the subject?
This bad, I doubt it, at least in terms of pay. We will likely not ever be the highest paid because of the flow, so those that think we should be may still have an issue.
I think it will pass in time. How long and to what extent is anyone’s guess. I’ve said it before, it feels as though managment has a genuine disdain for us, so know that if you are coming here.
