PTSD and Class II Cert
Hello everyone
This is my first post. I am registered for fall classes, at a local college, for "Professional Pilot." I received a call today saying I need to complete my medical evaluation before classes start. I have to get a class II cert. That being said, I have been looking over some things pertaining to mental health and the FAA. There doesnt seem to be a line in sand drawn when it comes to veterans with PTSD. In my case, I have PTSD however I am not on medication and pose no threat to me or anyone else. I'm curious if anyone here has experience with this or is a AME and could give me some clarification. Thanks in advance!
