A doctors note only excuses you from disciplinary action from the company. Am I understanding this incorrectly?
That is an interesting one to explain. So united may wish to remove you from a program for attendance for an attendance event that is under protected status at your current employer? I hope someone puts out some clarification for that. I have a lawyer friend who is dying to take a whiff of that.
