My info is dated since it was 2005 but that site was very valuable. I got the NetJets "tech" interview and was only asked 2 questions I hadn't already read about. One was situational "what would you do if the PIC was landing long and hot and didn't want to go around" and the other was how low you can go after seeing the approach lights on an ILS (100 feet). Back in 2005 you could get the tech or the HR interview but not both. Luckily I got the tech. HR had stuff like "if you were a color, what color would you be and why
