So if you are at 500, make the move sooner rather than later (preferably not before we get the pay raise though), you will have a chance at 175 as a FO and will build some seniority to maybe have a shot at a 175 CA seat. As of this bid, the 175 CA plug award has been on the property just over a year, and, frankly, will most likely end up displaced over to the 145 next bid, when a good chunk of people who are half a year senior to him start upgrading.
