Start with a tour of their facility in Sacramento. Then technical, hr, and cog screen. Tech panel was with standards capt and acp, basic IFR questions, know 135 alternate mins, o2 requirements, brief approach. No trick questions and they're super friendly. HR was very laid back, TMAAT when you went above and beyond for a client, how you dealt with an upset customer. Both panels really want to get to know you.
