The less you care about the stuff you can’t control, the easier it will be getting thru a trip at this mickey mouse operation.

The company is required to give you the necessary tools to complete your job (dispatch release, catering, fuel, transportation mx, etc. if they don’t, you can’t complete your job safely. It’s that simple! They try to skate by sometimes without some of these tools or have the frontline employees just ‘take care if it’, but it is not our job! But A LOT of guys here still do, which is why we have this mediocre CBA today.

Over the past couple of years they have cut our benefits, profit sharing and made false promises. I don’t understand why anyone would still help out the company and pad their bonuses and pockets, when they have made it clear they will not share any of the profits!
