How is the last day of a tour at XO? A buddy was there about 3 years ago. He said you work an entire day, then start traveling home. That's sounds miserable.
Last day at Flex was up 16 hours so long as the last two hours were travel time. And it was used quite a bit. My personal record is 6 legs (bumping around the NE) and then airline home.
The old metrics were based on maximum crew duty, so they used you a lot, and used you until late on day last. That may have changed somewhat, but the nature of the fracs is long days on tour, and really long days one the first and last day. Occasionally you get lucky and just airline home, but that was more prevalent during the recession.
