Green slip system stays in place to keep the operation going, which probably sees serious reduction. Senior guys get a guaranteed bonus. Junior guys stay with family. And if I were a betting man...the data would support it being close to cost neutral or a trivial cost that makes pilots a lot happier as a group. Or maybe I'm just naive. What's not to like?
