What should I expect? How many people get an invite to the expo? Looking at the 2018 expo thread they say it has 0 bearing on if you get an interview or any other preference. I have not seen a thread on this years expo yet.

They seem to have a history of doing that. I volunteered at the previous two Expos and half of the folks I shook hands with didn't meet the Hiring Minimums/Requirements. Kind of seems like a waste of time for both parties, but putting your name/face in front of influential folks may eventually pay off.
