It's some amazing reading; looking forward to reading the rest of it.

Impressions so far:

"Open Door" policy does NOT mean going around the chain of command.

That's a HUGE no-no; don't drink the "doors-always-open" advertised policy at face value. (Then again, what sane person at a company with 80,000 people would?)
