More pressure to fly and fly broken equipment is NOT a good thing.
If you're feeling pressure to fly with anything broken you're putting that pressure on yourself. I have never once written something up and had any sort of negative consequence. That's not a thing.
If you have truly had management/MOC whoever tell you to fly with something broken contact the union immediately.
