I dont care how any other pilot bids. Never have. My only concern is my own schedule and how to get what best suits my situation.
The fact you are so absorbed with other pilots bidding priorities and behaviors is whats weird.
Even weirder is your belief you can somehow control and influence the personal choices of 14,000 other human beings.
Maybe you should consider a career in government? Seems you might feel right at home?
