Judging from your picture you are with CAL with a pretty secure job and decent pay.

Your pilot group will ensure that your pay will only go up with your next round of negotiations.
It's obvious that you do not know a whole lot about our pilot group.
Let these guys have their shot. They'll work out their pay and benefit issues when the time comes.
Fire away dudes. JetBlue will not raise their pay to anything approaching "industry standard" as long as there are guys/gals waiting in line to fly for peanuts. Hey, all I'm saying is that's the way it is and it's becomming the same at other airlines. Unless gas goes back to $40 and capacity shrinks this is what is in store for all of us.
