Somebody get the backhoe for TankerDriver...
He needs help digging himself a bigger hole.
The fact of the matter is that all of the employees of this corporation, which includes AAL and the wholly owned Eagle carriers are viewed equally by the corporation when it comes to travel benefits. It’s been this way since since the late 80’s when AMR bought their commuter airlines and brought them in-house.
There is no entitlement when it comes to travel passes here. A new hire Envoy, PSA, or Piedmont FO with his spouse or companion will trump the number 1 pilot at AAL if he checks in sooner. It is what it is, and always will be.
Maybe your wife should’ve listed D1 and ensured she got on the list at the first possible second, Tanker. Regardless, your argument falls on deaf ears.
