If you are trying to Jumpseat on them, you can change the “type of travel” selection to commuting crew member. It won’t charge you for the ticket. If you are traveling with non-CASS people, then you buy a ZED fare like any other OAL.
There is a section in the ID90 website that explains the process pretty well.
