All of them get pay more than Atlas and they get to vote on contracts. Maybe you haven't accepted the offer and you still have a chance.
Probably because he needs a job... Any job. My guess is that he finishes training, puts a 747 type on his resume and is gone in 6 months. He obviously checks every box for the big companies.
I'd go to OBAP if I were him. That'd get him a call.... Then add the type if you don't get a call... I'd definitely hold off on a class date until after OBAP if I were him though... Atlas is stupid to hire him. He won't be there in a year if he wants another job.
