It would be cheaper for the company than a 6 hour daily min. In either case it’s still going to completely change how rotations are built domestically. It will be a much more socialist bid package with trips starting earlier and ending later. Average trip length will get longer and turns will become extinct since you need long legs to get daily values up. It’s also going to be very expensive. I would rather have the money in pay rates and fly less if I choose.
